Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Registration for a retreat or workshop is only effective once each participant agreed to the terms and conditions via email.

 

1. Registration

Registration can happen via email or the webshop on soullightbeing.com. The registration is only effective after the participant received a written confirmation by email and transferred the agreed amount to the respective payment method. The deposit is non-refundable after registration - see point 4 for more details on the cancellation. The full amount is due 30 days prior to the event, unless stated otherwise on the registration page. Valid payment methods are the webshop (Stripe), wire transfer or PayPal.

 

2. Number of participants

The event takes place when the minimum number of participants has been reached up to four weeks before the beginning of the retreat or the workshop. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the previously registered participants will be notified in writing. Payments already made will be offset against future retreats or workshops, or refunded.

 

3. Disclaimer

Participation in a retreat / workshop is at your own risk and responsibility. The instructor (Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran)) should be aware of physical and psychological limitations (illness, injury, pregnancy, depression, etc.) before the event starts. If the participant is in a limited state of health or is under medical treatment, the participant must consult the attending physician and / or Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran) before the beginning of the event if participation is possible. Each participant indemnifies Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran) from all liability claims within the legal framework for complaints or injuries of any kind occurring during or resulting from the retreat or workshop.

 

4. Cancellations

Should a participant withdraw from a retreat / workshop due to illness or other reasons after a binding registration, he / she will incur the following cancellation fees:

 

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the event: 50% of the total price

Cancellation within 14 days before the start of the event: 80% of the total price

Cancellation within 7 days before the start of the event, as well as in case of non-arrival: 100% of the total price

 

The cancellation must be in writing. Decisive for the cancellation costs or a possible refund is the date of receipt of the cancellation. Alternatively, a replacement person can be provided by the registered participant himself without additional costs.

Teilnahmebedingungen für Retreats und Workshops

 

Bitte lies diese Teilnahmebedingungen aufmerksam durch. Die Anmeldung zu einem Retreat oder einem Workshop ist nur mit Einverständniserklärung der Teilnahmebedingungen wirksam. Die Einverständniserklärung kann schriftlich per Email erfolgen.

 

1. Anmeldung

Die Anmeldung zu einem Retreat/Workshop muss schriftlich per E-Mail oder über den Webshop auf soullightbeing.com stattfinden. Die Anmeldung ist erst nach schriftlicher Bestätigung per Email und Überweisung des vereinbarten Betrags / der vereinbarten Anzahlung verbindlich. Die Anzahlung ist nach verbindlicher Anmeldung nicht erstattbar - siehe Punkt 4 für weitere Details zur Stornierung. Der volle Betrag ist 30 Tage vor dem Beginn der Veranstaltung fällig, falls nicht anders auf der Registrierungsseite angegeben. Als Zahlungsmöglichkeiten gelten der Webshop (Stripe), Überweisung oder PayPal.

 

2. Teilnehmerzahl

Die Veranstaltung findet statt, wenn die Mindestteilnehmerzahl bis vier Wochen vor Beginn des Retreats oder des Workshops durch verbindliche Anmeldung erreicht ist. Sollte die Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht werden, werden die bisher angemeldeten Teilnehmer schriftlich benachrichtigt. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden mit zukünftigen Retreats oder Workshops verrechnet, oder zurückerstattet.

 

3. Haftungsausschluss

Die Teilnahme an einem Retreat/Workshop erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und in eigener Verantwortung. Die Kursleiterin (Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran)) ist vor Beginn der Veranstaltung auf körperliche und psychische Einschränkungen (Krankheit, Verletzung, Schwangerschaft, Depression… etc.) hinzuweisen. Sollte der Teilnehmer sich in einem eingeschränkten Gesundheitszustand befinden oder unter medikamentöser Behandlung stehen, hat der Teilnehmer vor Veranstaltungsbeginn mit dem jeweils behandelnden Arzt und/oder Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran) abzustimmen, ob eine Teilnahme möglich ist. Jeder Teilnehmer stellt Shirin Ourmutchi (Anjuna Saran) von allen Haftungsansprüchen im gesetzlich zugelassenen Rahmen für Beschwerden oder Verletzungen jeglicher Art frei, die während des Retreats oder Workshops auftreten oder aus diesen resultieren.

 

4. Rücktritt

Sollte ein Teilnehmer nach verbindlicher Anmeldung von einem Retreat/Workshop aus Krankheits- oder sonstigen Gründen zurücktreten, entstehen ihm folgende Stornokosten:

• Die Anzahlung wird nicht erstattet.

• Stornierung innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50% des Gesamtpreises

• Stornierung innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 80% des Gesamtpreises

• Stornierung  innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn, ebenso bei Nicht-Anreise oder Abbruch der Reise: 100 % des Gesamtpreises

Die Stornierung hat schriftlich zu erfolgen. Entscheidend für die Stornierungskosten bzw. eine mögliche Rückerstattung ist das Datum des Zugangs der Stornierung. Alternativ kann vom gemeldeten Teilnehmer selbst, ohne zusätzliche Kosten, eine Ersatzperson gestellt werden.
